After booking a session, Janneke provides a personalized lifestyle plan that includes various components such as a basic nutrition plan, balancing hormones and neurotransmitters, and offering inspirational viewing and listening tips. Her background in caregiving and her ability to empathize with others’ feelings and traumas contribute to her effectiveness as a tripsitter. Additionally, she supports group ceremonies and serves as a confidant for clients who may need to discuss any issues that arise during a session.
